Delivery Information

  1. Delivery is only available within the Klang Valley 
  2. We do not offer self-collection option. 
  3. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated on the checkout page and will be based on third-party rates. 
  4. Goods are to be refrigerated upon arrival, it is very important to ensure that someone is home at the allocated time slot to receive and refrigerate the goods immediately.
  5. As J'ar KL provides delivery via third party vendors, we are not responsible for any damages or mishandling during delivery.

There will be 2 options for delivery: 

  1. Bike - Please choose this option if you are ordering only a few small items.  
  2. Car - Please choose this option if you are ordering a large batch of order or festive bundles.

When placing an order, buyers are advised to select a date and time slot with with these possibilities taken into account: 

  1. We are not able to help ensure that recipients are home before delivering the order. Hence, buyers need to ensure that the recipient will be home before selecting a date and time on our website and proceeding with the order.
  2. Although we try our best to arrange orders to arrive within the chosen time slot, we will not be held responsible in the rare occassion that any early arrivals or delays of delivery may occur due to circumstances of the 3rd party vendors.  

To ensure a successful delivery:

  1. Ensure all details are filled accurately (Once details are entered into our system, it cannot be changed)
  2. Please check that the full, complete address is correct before proceeding with the order. 
  3. For high rise buildings, please include the unit number and block in the address section for the driver's reference and for ease of finding the address. 

To note:

  1. For high rise buildings, drivers will only leave the items on the delivery drop-off table, at the guardhouse - with the consent of the recipient or someone on behalf of the recipient.  
  2. Drivers will call on arrival at the location.  However, if the recipient is unreachable or delivery is unsuccessful, a fee for the driver to return an order to us will be imposed on the buyer.  J'ar KL will not take any responsibility over the item's condition once the item has been delivered and will also not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process.
