Available delivery dates?

Our delivery schedules will be released on a monthly basis.  For the months of Jan & Feb'24, please refer to this Delivery Schedule.

How to order?

Our menu is always evolving and rotating, you can refer to J'ar KL's website for the latest offerings and keep a look out for seasonal specials.  Everything on our menu is on a pre-order basis.  Please feel free to message us on our instagram DM @jar_kl if you have any questions. 

Multiple orders to different addresses?

If you'd like to make multiple orders to different addresses, kindly ensure that each transaction is made separately in order to allow accurate calculation for delivery charges.  

Include a personalised message for the receiver?

Yes, of course! You can type your personalised message in the "Send as a gift (Message to recipient)" tab during checkout and we will ensure that your message will be printed out along with your J'ar order with no extra charges!   

Storage tips?

Given Malaysia's hot and humid weather, we highly urge that you refrigerate your J'ar treats as soon as you receive them.  Our delectables are made of the freshest ingredients with no preservatives.  Hence, we highly recommend that you consume the desserts on the day of delivery.  Please do not freeze the glass jars!

Delivery?

Delivery is only available within the Klang Valley and we do not offer self-collection option. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated on the checkout page and will be based on third-party rates. As goods are to be refrigerated upon arrival, it is very important to ensure that someone is home to receive and refrigerate the goods immediately.

There will be 2 options for delivery:

  1. Bike - Please choose this option if you are ordering only a few small items.  
  2. Car - Please choose this option if you are ordering a large batch of order or festive bundles.

NOTE: As J'ar KL provides delivery via third party vendors, we are not responsible for any damages or mishandling during delivery.  

Cancellation policy?

If you had a change of mind or would like to cancel your order after payment has been made, we will not be able to issue you a refund, but a postponement of the order must be scheduled (only one postponement is allowed per order).  However, last minute cancellations (3 days before delivery) is not allowed and will not be entertained.  

Payment?

Payment via bank transfer should be made within 24 hours from when the order was made.  If not, we will deem the order as cancelled without notice. Kindly upload (on the payment page) the screenshot of your receipt/transaction slip along with your order/ref number as payment proof.
